Katie Duncan is responsible for JLL’s overall Human Resources strategy, talent management and acquisition and employee engagement in the Americas.
After joining JLL Canada in 2016 as Vice President, Human Resources in Toronto, she is now Head of Human Resources, Americas – leading nearly 350 individuals who support JLL’s employees from Canada to Argentina by leading initiatives to improve the workplace experience and create a diverse and inclusive culture.
In prior positions, Katie served JLL as Senior Vice President of Americas Work Dynamics.
Before joining us, Katie worked in Human Resources roles at PwC Canada and Torys LLP, where she provided strategic advice to leadership on people issues impacting business strategies.
Katie earned a BA degree from McMaster University and helps members of the Canadian Army Reserve translate their military leadership skills and experience into business skills as a mentor for the Employee Mentoring Program. She is also the executive sponsor of JLL’s employee resource group, GenALL.
Based in Chicago, Katie enjoys traveling, playing golf and running in her spare time.
