Dr Konstantin Kortmann has been the CEO of JLL Germany since May 2022, and Head of Capital Markets since 2025.
He is responsible for setting the strategic direction, overseeing business operations and driving growth across JLL’s service lines in Germany. As of 2025, Konstantin also serves as Head of Capital Markets, managing the firm’s investment advisory and transaction services across all asset classes. His leadership ensures JLL continues to provide innovative real estate solutions aligned with market trends and client needs.
In addition to leading JLL Germany, Konstantin headed Leasing Advisory from 2021 to 2025, overseeing rental services across the office, retail and industrial sectors. His deep expertise in leasing strategy, investment advisory and market dynamics has played a key role in shaping JLL’s services in the German market.
Konstantin has been with JLL since 2011, progressively expanding the firm’s investment capabilities. In 2013, he established and led JLL Germany’s residential investment division, initially as Team Leader and from 2016 as Head of Residential Investment. Under his leadership, the division completed complex national and international transactions, strengthening JLL’s position in the residential sector.
Before joining JLL, Konstantin spent four years as a Project Manager at a Big Four auditing firm, specializing in real estate transaction services. With over 20 years of real estate experience, he has a proven track record in investment strategy, transaction management and leasing advisory.
