Appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Sweden in 2018, Linus Ericsson has more than 30 years of experience and knowledge in the real estate and finance industry.
With responsibility for the broader Sweden business, one of the largest real estate investment markets in Europe, he develops JLL’s service offering and best-in-class service, attracting the brightest employee talent.
As CEO, Linus has led the development of a strong and successful team, reaching unprecedented transaction volumes in the region. He continues to expand JLL’s coordinated client offerings and capabilities in the region. His work has developed JLL’s financial advisory capabilities in both Sweden and internationally, having previously worked as head of JLL’s Debt and Financial Advisory team in Sweden for three years.
Linus previously spent 10 years as CEO of AGL before its acquisition by JLL in 2015. At AGL, a highly regarded specialist real estate financial advisory business, Linus advised clients on strategic and operational real estate financing. Its acquisition helped to expand JLL’s market-leading capital markets capabilities in Sweden, combining them with JLL’s leading international real estate services platform.
Linus is based Stockholm, Sweden and holds a degree in economics from Lund University.
