Mihir Shah is the Co-CEO of JLL Technologies (JLLT) and a member of JLL’s Global Executive Board, where he leads the company’s technology strategy, digital transformation and innovation efforts.

Mihir is responsible for expanding JLL’s technology products and services, integrating cutting-edge PropTech solutions and driving enterprise-wide digital initiatives to enhance the real estate industry.

Mihir joined JLL in 2017 as Co-CEO of JLL Spark, JLL’s strategic venture fund investing in PropTech startups. In this role, he played a key role in injecting innovation into JLL’s service offerings, leveraging emerging technologies to improve efficiency and client experiences. In 2019, he was appointed Co-CEO of JLLT, overseeing the development of enterprise solutions, data platforms and advanced digital capabilities across JLL’s global business.

Before joining JLL, Mihir built a successful career in technology, venture investing and startup leadership. He was the CEO and Co-Founder of Mob.ly, a company that developed category-leading, location-based mobile applications before its acquisition by Groupon. At Groupon, he served as General Manager of Mobile, where he grew the global mobile business to over 50% of gross merchandise value. He also founded and led Merchant OS, a startup within Groupon that developed tablet-based point-of-sale and payment systems for small businesses, scaling the division to 100 employees across sales, marketing, support and product development.

Earlier in his career, Mihir held product leadership roles at Yahoo! Search, was Director of Product Marketing at Grand Central and led Product Management at Respond.com. He began his career as a management consultant at R.B. Webber & Company, advising startups and Fortune 500 technology firms on go-to-market strategies and product development.

Mihir holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
